Natalie Kubasek joined the Digital Learning team in August 2021. She has 13 years of experience teaching English and adult ESL and served as the Education Specialist for the Center for English Language and American Culture at UNM. She earned a PhD in English from the University of New Mexico with a focus on American Literary Studies. Her scholarship has appeared in Kairos: a Journal of Rhetoric, Technology and Pedagogy, Modern Literary Studies, Oxford Bibliographies of American Literature, and NeoAmericanist: An Interdisciplinary Online Journal for the Study of America. Her research interests include 20th Century American literature, Chicana cultural production, and social justice pedagogies.
