Magdalena Vázquez Dathe is a Training and Development Consultant at CTL and adjunct faculty in the Department of Language, Literacy and Sociocultural Studies, College of Education and Human Sciences at UNM. Her work at CTL supports learning and teaching programming opportunities for UNM instructors and students. Magdalena has served at UNM for 20 years in diverse roles that include student success, youth leadership, academic development, and community-academic partnerships. During her years at UNM, she has mentored undergraduate and graduate students involved in community engagement initiatives and designed curriculum for educational development and learning opportunities with interdisciplinary and cross-racial approaches. Her scholarly passion is antiracist, critical intersectional models in education and pedagogies of transformation.
