Neurodiverse Learning
The Center for Teaching and Learning has introduced a new position focused on supporting students through targeted resources and strategies that aim to enrich their educational experience. This initiative acknowledges the distinct abilities and challenges faced by individuals with varied cognitive profiles—including autism, ADD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions—and provides advocacy, individualized coaching, guidance on effective learning methods, and workshops designed for both students and faculty. The primary objective is to promote inclusivity and well-being across campus, with particular attention to risk management and harm reduction within the neurodiverse community.
