What we do...
The transition to university learning demands more effort inside and outside the classroom. Students often site higher expecatations from faculty, time management, and accountability among the most challenging adjustments. That's why we're here to help!
The CTL Learning Strategies program designs content rooted in metacognitive learning strategies that can improve study skills, encourage balance, and elevate academic performance. Students can work one-on-one with a Learning Strategist to develop a personalized plan, or they can attend any of our weekly workshops focused on a variety of topics strategically scheduled to help you get through the most difficult times of the semester.
Workshops and individual consultations are available in person and online.

Self-Regulation: Monitoring habits, challenges, and progress helps identify needs and build on strengths.
