Drop-in Writing Support
Come to the drop-in writing lab for a collaborative, social environment where you can write and receive support on your writing work at any stage of the writing process (prewriting, drafting, or revision). This service is fully covered by your student fees – there is no additional cost to use CTL services. Drop in at any time during our regular hours to receive support from a writing tutor (no appointment required).
In-person writing tutoring takes place on the 3rd floor of Zimmerman Library and is offered during the hours listed below.

What type of writing do we support?
- UNM undergraduate course-related writing projects (discussion boards, short essays, term papers, lab reports, etc.)
- Application materials (resumes, letters of intent, personal statements for scholarships, grants, study abroad opportunities, etc.)
